MMRFIC is building its Gbits® modem, a novel modem with scalable bandwidth and programmable data rates upto 10Gbps. The company has demonstrated data link up to 1Gbps in 2019 and working on demonstration of its 10Gbps link. Gbits® is capable of supporting 4G/5G backhaul and enables next generation high speed low latency communication.
MMRFIC is building next generation Radars by leveraging machine learning with artificial intelligence and mm-Wave Sensors with hybrid beam forming capabilities.
The radar is capable of distinguishing objects in all weather conditions and working with strategic partners for deployment since 2017.
Saravana Kumar is a senior technical leader with 23+ in RF, wireless and product design. He takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development. With his strong intuition, he brings the organization together into a coherent whole, help others in expanding their horizons and drives material business advantage.
As a technologist and business leader, he has led the building and expansion of MMRFIC in mm-Wave market. He has also played a significant role in the development of the innovative MMRFIC products and solutions based on these emerging technologies. He holds 14 patents in USPTO.
Previously, he has served as Senior Technical member in Texas Instruments. He has successfully taken many wireless products to cell-phone and IoT markets.
Ravi Vijayaraghavan is a senior technical leader with 20+ year experience in Custom design. As COO, Ravi leads the development process for MMRFIC products focused on the mm-Wave Radar and Connectivity market. He has expertise in Front End Modules (FEM), Analog Signal Conditioning, Power Management Systems including Power Over Ethernet (PoE). Ravi also drives the Fabless Semiconductor design opportunities of MMRFIC Technology working on various RF and Mixed Signal SOC development in the Medical and connectivity space.
Prior to MMRFIC Technology, Ravi served as the Senior Staff Engineer at Texas Instruments for more than a decade. Some of the products include Single Chip CMOS Radar for automotive, Single chip Connectivity ICs for WLAN, BT, GPS, NFC. Having started his career in the turn of the Millennium, Ravi completed his Masters in Electrical from NCSU, Raleigh. He is involved in Philanthropic activities around Dharmic services in Temples, Goshala management and Education for children in Villages.
Anurag Nigam has 24 years of experience in MMIC, RFIC, and Analog-Mixed Signal IC Designs. Holds a Master of Technology Degree in Satellite Technology and Applications from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (2000). Holds one US Patent (US7165200B2) sponsored by Department of Defense, US.
Previously he worked with IBM and was the Founder of Nattel Microsystems with a goal to deliver start of the art RF amplifiers.
Dharmendra is a Business Development Manager for Defence market. He comes to MMRFIC with more than 15 years of experience in the Defence and Aerospace Market. His strength has been identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the Defence market, and developing strategies for capitalizing on them. Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, networking and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Prior he served in multiple positions as Key account manager, Head of Territory sales for Multiple organizations focussing business in the Defence & Aerospace Vertical. Dharmendra is an Electronics and communications Engineering graduate holding a Master's degree in Communication and Radar Systems.
Prasad Aswath Sreekakula has 27 Years of experience in Integrated Chip Package, System in Package(SIP), System on Module(SoM) and PCB Design. At MMRFIC, as Hardware Engineering Director, he is responsible for IC Packages and Hardware Design for all products. His key strength is in designing and manufacturing hardware, which has to perform in stringent environment use cases as in Space,Defence,Automotive markets.
Previously he worked with D'gipro, Si2 Microsystems and was the Founder of WiWoTech with a goal to build a Prototype Lab that bring new Concepts / Ideas / Designs as working model.
Dr. Sanjeev Gurugopinath is a strong technical leader with 18+ years of professional research and hands-on design experience in signal processing and communication systems. He received his PhD degree in electrical communication engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore. He is an accomplished researcher and a practicing engineer, with several reputed journals, conference publications, patents and invited talks to his credit. He is a recipient of the best paper awards at several IEEE conferences. He has active research collaborations with academia and industry teams in India and abroad, and holds a strong track record as a teacher and a manager.
His research interests include millimeter-wave radar systems, multimodal signal processing, next-generation communication systems, underwater acoustics, speech signal processing and machine learning for signal processing. He is an IEEE senior member, an ISCA member, a EURASIP member, an ACCS life member, and an executive committee member of IEEE communications society, Bangalore chapter.
